The villa’s character begins with its authentic stone walls, to be left visible in key areas to anchor the interior in its rural origins. Its texture will be softened by white stucco paint that reflects the abundant summer light.
One of the most charming features of the villa - the use of architectural niches, reminiscent of Greek island homes. These small carved‑out spaces — some for display, others for storage — add depth and break the flatness of walls, creating pockets of shadow and color.

Color enters the story through vibrant tiles and carefully chosen accents. Inspired by Aegean landscapes: the palette leans into olive‑leaf greens and contrasting bursts of terracotta.
What makes this summer villa special is its balance. It honors the authenticity of the old structure while embracing the vibrancy of contemporary Aegean living. Stone and stucco meet modern lighting. Wood meets color. Tradition meets playfulness.
The result is a home that feels both timeless and fresh, a place where the memory of a shepherd’s shelter coexists with the joy of summer living. It is not a renovated house — it is a story rewritten with respect and a deep appreciation for the textures of life.
